After 21 incredible years serving the Billings community, Permanent Cosmetic Clinic has officially closed as of May 15, 2026.

Due to recurrent chronic elbow pain, I, Andrea McJunkin, have made the difficult decision to retire and can no longer perform permanent makeup tattoo procedures. In addition, the building has been sold, making this the natural time to close this chapter.

I am deeply grateful for the trust, loyalty, friendships, and support my clients have shown over the past two decades. It has truly been an honor to work with so many wonderful women and families throughout the years.

Thank you for allowing me to be part of your lives and for supporting a locally owned small business for 21 years. The memories and relationships built through Permanent Cosmetic Clinic will always hold a special place in my heart.
